The basics of using this site.
This site is run by the Lower Briton Bay Cottages Association for its own members, to manage dues, association rules, contacts, and shared documents. By using it, you're agreeing to the following.
Who can use this site
Access is limited to property owners and residents of the Lower Briton Bay Cottages Association and people they authorize. A signup request is reviewed by a board member or your property's admin before you get access — don't share your login with anyone outside your household.
Your responsibilities
Keep your account information accurate, and let the board know if your property changes hands. Use the information here — dues status, contacts, documents — for association business, not for anything else.
Dues and payments
Amounts, due dates, and special assessments are set by the board, as recorded on this site and discussed at general meetings. This site tracks what's owed and paid — it doesn't replace the association's bylaws, which remain the final word on anything they cover.
No guarantees
This site is run on a volunteer basis, as-is, without warranty. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but the association isn't liable for lost access, downtime, or errors in the information shown here. If something looks wrong, tell a board member.
Changes
The board may update these terms or the association rules from time to time. See the Rules page for the current governance rules, including voting.
